At RYZ® (pronounced RISE), we want your premium activewear and sports-lifestyle pieces to fit perfectly. If something isn’t right, your first exchange is free. A second exchange for the same order carries a nominal fee of ₹125.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in resalable condition with intact price tags and a valid invoice / order ID.
- First exchange: Free (no pickup or processing charge).
- Second exchange (same order): ₹125 additional processing fee.
Important Quality & Hygiene Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
- No makeup stains, tan marks, perfume traces, or signs of wear.
- Hand over the correct item to the pickup executive. Incorrect handovers may incur additional logistics charges.
- Reuse the original RYZ packaging for safe transit.
- Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Cancellations are accepted before shipment only.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

- Order Tracking Page: Initiate directly via your tracking link or visit ryzstore.ithinklogistics.co.in.
- Email / WhatsApp: Send your Order ID and reason to care@ryzstore.com or +91 99111 88118 (WhatsApp).
Processing Time
- Exchange requests are verified within 24 working hours for pickup scheduling.
- Replacement shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after pickup.
- Refunds are initiated within 4–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Process & Policy
Full refunds are issued for products returned in their original condition with packaging and tags intact.
- COD Orders: Choose a refund as a RYZ Gift Voucher (with an extra 5% off on your next purchase) or a direct refund to your bank via UPI/Razorpay.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded securely to the original payment method via Razorpay.
Discounted Merchandise
- Returns/exchanges for sale items must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- For items discounted by over 40%, refunds are issued as RYZ Gift Vouchers only.
International Orders
- No reverse pickup facility for international shipments.
- Customers bear return shipping and customs brokerage charges.
- Standard return/refund conditions apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on their product page (for hygiene or limited-edition reasons) are not eligible for exchange or refund.
