Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

 Eligibility for exchange:

- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- All returned items must be in resalable condition with intact price tags and accompanied by a valid receipt.
Important :
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags.
- Makeup or tan marks are not permitted.
- Ensure correct items are handed to the delivery executive to avoid additional charges.
- Reuse original packaging for safe return.
- Exchange/return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
- Cancellations are allowed before shipment.

 

How to exchange :

- Initiate via the Track Page.
- Email care@ryzonline.com or Whatsapp 9911188118 with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.

 

Processing Time:

- Exchange requests are processed within 24 Working hours for pickup and replacement.
- Replacement shipping takes 3-7 business days.
- Refunds are initiated within 4-7 business days upon receiving the returned product.

 

 Refund Process:

- Full refunds are issued for products returned in original condition, including packaging and tags.
 
Refund Policy:
- For COD orders: Refunds can be issued as RYZ Gift Vouchers with an additional 5% off on the next order or refunded to the bank account via UPI/Razorpay.
- For prepaid orders: Refunds are processed securely via Razorpay.

 

Discounted Merchandise:
- Returns/exchanges for discounted items must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
- Refunds for merchandise discounted over 40% are issued as Gift Vouchers only.

 

International Orders:
- No reverse pickup facility for international shipments; customers bear shipping and brokerage charges.
- Standard return/refund conditions apply to international returns.

 

Exclusions:
- Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
